Our History

Tammy Ennenbach is the owner and operator of LouBelle Cleaning Co.

She was born and raised in Louisville, KY with roots in St.Louis, MO. Tammy has been a business owner for over 20 years with experience in interior design, staging, and residential & commercial cleaning services. She aims high to provide exceptional customer service and quality care for each individual or business. 

At LouBelle, Tammy & her team of professionals believe that having a clean home leads to a fuller, healthier, and more productive life. While cleaning can be viewed as a “luxury”, Tammy explains “we want to provide quality services at affordable rates, we’re taking the first step toward our mission of providing cleaning services to everyone.”

Our Name

Like the all-time favorite cleaner under the kitchen sink, I wanted our customers to remember who brought QUALITY cleaning into their home. It needed to be strong, everlasting, and have substance. I wanted it to encompass the strong city name of Louisville where it was created and the memories of my St. Louis roots from which my parents were born and raised. After all, every company must have a great foundation. Leaving St. Louis behind, my parents started their new journey with one child in tow to Louisville, KY—and had two more children by 1977. St. Louis would be visited often celebrating holidays, birthdays, anniversaries…

As time went on, family in St Louis would start hearing my southern accent. One cousin in particular would say “LuLu Belle, LuLuBelle” and well, the name stuck! He said I had a strong southern accent and It reminded him of a southern belle. From then on he would call me LuLu Belle and the rest is history. That was until the memory of family, my hometown, and the start of a new company was being transformed that LouBelle was reborn!
