“what type of properties do you clean?”

At this time, we service all of the following property types:

  • Single Family Homes

  • Multi-Family Homes

  • Rental Properties

  • Vacation Rentals

  • Airbnb

  • Commercial Properties

  • Offices

  • Studios

“how much do you charge?”

Our pricing starts at $40 an hour per cleaning technician; there is a minimum of two technicians per scheduled cleaning. Pricing is completely individualized and is based on many different variables such as, the number of cleaning technicians, size of home, condition, etc. With any home or business, we like to get as much information to provide the best possible estimate for services. “do you provide laundry services?”

At this time we do not provide full laundry or ironing services. Our team would be happy to throw a load of laundry into the wash or switch a load to the dryer if requested, and while still in the home cleaning. We also would be glad to recommend an at-home or delivery laundry company that can accommodate your needs should that be something you are interested in and potentially work in addition to our services.

“what’s expected of us before the team arives?”

In an effort to save on costs it is beneficial to have any extraneous items picked up before your team arrives. However, we are happy to organize and pick up anything at your request should this simply be something you do not have time for. Please discuss these services needed at or before initial cleaning.

“How often should we schedule Cleanings?”

We can make recommendations on frequency after our first visit, but we offer a variety of flexible cleaning schedules. While we do our best to accommodate everyones time, our recurring cleans are preferred to be scheduled:

  • Weekly

  • Bi-Weekly

  • Monthly

  • One-Time Only (At least 48-hour notice)

“Do you offer packages?

Every initial cleaning is completely individualized. No packages are offered rather a list of all the services we provide will be discussed and emailed for your convenience. We ask that you look over and fill it out so your team is prepared to provide the utmost quality in cleaning.

“Are cleaning supplies and equipment provided?”

Yes, we provide everything needed to clean your home. Unless you prefer a specific product that we do not carry or just prefer your equipment (e.g. your vacuum). The team is also happy to restock any personal toiletries (e.g. toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners), These items are to be provided by the customer.

“Will I have the same team member(s) in my home each visit?”

LouBelle makes every effort to make our customers feel comfortable in knowing who will be on their property. We offer current referrals from customers (when requested) and we let you know from day one who your team members will be. While life does show up from time to time(e.g. doctor appointments, school closings/ lack of child care etc.), one of our other team members may accompany part of your original team. In other words we work hard to make certain there is ALWAYS a familiar face. Should any changes occur you would be notified beforehand. Because we take pride in quality cleaning we like to think our team members are a part of that equation!

“What Time Can I Expect My TEAM To Arrive On My Cleaning Day?”

Depending on the type of cleaning scheduled will determine whether your team needs to start first thing (usually 8AM is the earliest appointment) or can be scheduled throughout the day. Should you prefer a specific time, we suggest that you request services either at the beginning of the day (if available) or towards the end of the day when times can be a bit more predictable. Please keep in mind that your team can encounter things throughout the day that delay our arrival (e.g. traffic, a customer who request additional help last minute etc.) We do our best to provide a window of time for arrival with our friendly reminders before your scheduled cleaning day and you will be notified if that changes at anytime. Again, communication is key so any changes and as much notice of change is appreciated for both parties.

“Do you charge a Cancellation fee should we cancel last minute?”

Not exactly, LouBelle operates on a good faith basis. We ask that instead of canceling your regular scheduled service should something arise, rather you work with us on finding a solution such as a better day within that week when possible. If we are unable to reschedule due to our availability then we may need to look into the following week but the goal is to stay on track to keeping cost low & your home up to par. Should last-minute cancellations occur without rescheduling or notice (under 48 hours), we will need to discuss options moving forward on future cleanings and whether or not a cancelation fee will be applied.

*Deep Cleanings typically require full or partial day(s) that cannot be easily filled on short notice. For this reason, any cancellation received without a 48-hour notice is subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

We value our customer's time and money and we make every effort to be completely transparent from beginning to end. We ask the same when it comes to scheduling and communication to avoid any last-minute changes or cancelations.

“Is payment due when services rendered?”

Yes, payment for services is due once services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made with our staff in advance. We accept cash, checks, or certain app payment options available (please discuss with one of our staff members which apps are currently available).
